In either case, we'll alert you ASAP via the email address you provided during the ticket purchase.
The venue does not have a parking lot, however there is paid street parking as well as paid parking lots nearby.
Tickets will not be sold at the door, however the online ticket link will be active for the duration of the event.
If your event was canceled, in most cases you won't need to do a thing: we'll inform you of the cancellation and refund the amount you paid for your tickets, including all fees on the same payment method used for purchase.
Tickets are non-refundable, unless a showcase has been cancelled, postponed, or moved. Tickets are, however, transferable. If you'd like to transfer your ticket to another guest or show, you can do so in your account.
Refunds are not provided for late arrival to an event.
If your event was rescheduled, we'll contact you with the new date and time as soon as it's available via the email address you provided at purchase. If you can't make a rescheduled event, we have options for future credits or requesting a refund.
