If your event is canceled, we’ll send you an email with the unfortunate news and automatically refund the full amount you paid for your tickets, including all fees, using the same payment method. For rescheduled events, we’ll be in touch with the new date and time as soon as we have that info. If you can’t make it to the rescheduled event, we offer options for future credits or you can request a refund.

Here’s the scoop: tickets are generally non-refundable unless a showcase has been canceled, postponed, moved, or if the artist you’re supporting has taken an unexpected detour. But here’s the good news: tickets are transferable! You can pass your ticket to another guest or show—because sharing is caring! Supporting other artists is essential; it helps build community and gives you the chance to connect with them. They feel the support, gain confidence, and you might just become their newest fan!

No worries! Your tickets should be in the email you provided at purchase. Look for a QR code in it. If you can’t find the email, head to the 'contact' tab and submit a form—just write “Lost Ticket” in the subject line. We’ll get back to you within 72 hours!

While you can certainly enter and join in the fun if you arrive late, be aware that you may miss out on a lot of the event. Arriving on time ensures you catch every moment and enjoy the experience to the fullest!
